Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how NAIRLO FOR CUSTOM SOFTWARES DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in the GeoOps Hub mobile application ("the App"). GeoOps Hub is an internal operations tool used by drilling and wellsite geology staff. Accounts are created and managed by your organization; the App is not offered to the general public.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, work email, employee ID, department, and assigned role. These are provisioned by your organization's administrators.
• Operational data you enter — rig status, depths, rate of penetration, jobs (casing point / coring), casing points, working hours, leave and site-visit requests, and related comments.
• Device push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used solely to deliver notifications to your device.
• Diagnostics — crash and error reports (technical details such as error messages and your user ID) to help us fix problems. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect precise or GPS-based device location. References to fields, wells, rigs, or sites are text labels entered by users, not geographic coordinates. We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use information

• To provide core functionality — assignments, rig and job tracking, and reporting.
• To send operational notifications you have not disabled.
• To maintain an audit log for accountability and compliance.
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

How information is stored and shared

Data is stored in our managed backend (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication tokens are held in your device's secure storage.

We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising. Information is processed only by the service providers needed to run the App:

• Supabase — application database and authentication.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications.
• Self-hosted error tracking — crash diagnostics on our own server.

Data retention

Operational and audit records are retained for up to three (3) years in line with our organization's data-retention policy, after which they are removed or anonymized.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing contact@geoopshub.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records to meet legal obligations. You may also contact your organization's administrator to request deletion.

Security

Access is restricted by role and enforced at the database level. Data is encrypted in transit, and sensitive credentials are stored securely on the device.

Your rights

Because accounts are managed by your organization, requests to access or correct your information can be directed to your organization's administrator or to us at the contact below. For deletion, see "Data deletion" above. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy and any matter relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
